Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and improve data quality.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations and detailed reports.
- Identify new data sources and methodologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Proven track record of using BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio to create compelling visual stories.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and data modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
