Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze multi-source datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership teams
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings through compelling data narratives and stakeholder presentations
- Automate reporting workflows using Python and cloud-based ETL tools
- Identify process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in BI tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design methodology
- Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics)
