Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize operations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Automate data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Proven experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Certification in AWS or Google Cloud Analytics preferred
