About the Role:
You'll be the backbone of our data-driven decision-making process, responsible for end-to-end data analysis pipeline management. This remote position offers the autonomy to work from anywhere while staying deeply connected to our Tucson-based operations and clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and scalability
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects addressing urgent business questions and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience in data cleaning/ETL
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboard implementations
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and CI/CD practices
