Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance metrics
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Automate reporting workflows to deliver real-time insights to 15+ department heads
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical frameworks
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
