Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to uncover actionable insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven impact
