Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that communicate complex insights to stakeholders
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of all datasets
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past data projects and their business impact
