Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics across multiple projects
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-backed recommendations for product optimization
- Maintain and enhance data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
