Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
