Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to maintain a scalable data architecture.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for complex querying.
- Strong skills in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
