Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and execute complex data analysis models and statistical investigations to solve business problems and identify trends.
- Dashboarding: Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to track KPIs and present data to stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and reporting systems.
- Forecasting: Analyze historical data to forecast future trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing data workflows and suggesting optimizations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN, with support provided.
