Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visual reports for stakeholders.
- Data Architecture: Design, maintain, and optimize database schemas and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time business intelligence.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational speed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
