Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data retrieval and reporting requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
