Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose technical solutions to improve data processing speed and quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
