Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic business decisions.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve team productivity.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical solutions from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
