Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business intelligence needs.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to validate product hypotheses and user behavior.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
