In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between data and business strategy, working closely with leadership to transform raw information into actionable intelligence. You will be instrumental in optimizing our data pipelines and creating visualizations that drive growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing historical data trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA (Relocation assistance package included).
