Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize Python and SQL to automate data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure data governance standards and best practices are followed across all reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
