Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures, Window Functions).
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
