Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling
- Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Maintain data integrity and optimize ETL processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with healthcare or insurance data highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics a plus
