Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
