What You Will Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis of our data ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to present complex data in a clear, understandable format for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting processes and automate workflows to improve operational productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality standards are met and maintain documentation for all data pipelines and models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive valid conclusions.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop) is a plus.
