Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated reporting systems to track campaign performance and ROI
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud databases (AWS Redshift, BigQuery)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in analytics tools or data management (e.g., Tableau Desktop, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
