Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast market shifts, and solve complex business problems.
- Visual Storytelling: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of optimizing business processes through data.
