Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and perform ETL processes to support ad-hoc analysis.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
