Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership with clear data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency and Python/R programming
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business insights
- Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
