Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business questions.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data trends and share insights with leadership.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality, integrity, and security, implementing best practices for data governance.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that drive decision-making processes across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
