Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and KPIs.
- Design and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Python.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses.
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business value.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
