Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing and reporting needs.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define success metrics and track project progress.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, user behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, persuasive format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling and warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.
