Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and think critically to derive meaningful conclusions.
