Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from unstructured data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
