Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through automated quality checks and documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in B2B tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs)
- Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of 5+ production dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- BS/MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
