Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced data analysis projects
