Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that impact business strategy.
- Reporting: Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner, translating technical insights into business value.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve overall data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is required.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical solutions.
