Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable strategic insights.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
