Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making processes during off-peak hours.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data cleansing and validation checks.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights.
- Utilize SQL and Python to query databases and automate reporting workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
