Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, develop, and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform nightly data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and statistical analyses for management stakeholders.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate data warehouse documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
