Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from multiple sources to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data trends.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify key business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a night shift or remote support environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.
