The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data models, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will be crucial in driving our data strategy and supporting high-level decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes to support business needs.
- Transform raw, complex datasets into actionable business intelligence through advanced analytics.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms and databases.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on data architecture and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
