Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to support Night Shift operations and remote teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Las Vegas and California to define data requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast future trends and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment or with asynchronous remote teams is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
