Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies specific to night-time operational metrics.
- Generate and maintain automated nightly reports using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Collaborate with the on-site Omaha team to troubleshoot data integrity issues and optimize reporting workflows.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders to support decision-making during off-peak hours.
- Monitor data pipelines and alert the team to any errors or discrepancies in real-time.
- Document data models and analytical processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
