Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for the night shift operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to support real-time reporting during night shifts.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a Night Shift or 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
