Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
- Write optimized SQL queries and Python scripts to support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
