Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Miami and New York to define data requirements and deliver high-quality reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve data retrieval and analysis efficiency.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and strategic manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
