Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous cleaning and validation processes, critical for night-shift reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts as part of a dedicated team.
