Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources, ensuring high data quality and integrity for night shift reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize complex data trends and KPIs for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Night Shift Reporting: Generate accurate, timely reports and summaries at the end of the shift to keep stakeholders informed of real-time metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with the operations and product teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, pipelines, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Optimization), Python or R for data manipulation, and tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) to support 24/7 operations.
- Relocation: Must be eligible for relocation assistance to the New York office or be willing to relocate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
