Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of complex data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop dynamic dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Night Shift Operations: Monitor real-time data streams during night hours to ensure system integrity and report critical issues immediately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and improve reporting frameworks.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the night shift workflow to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations or night shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with ETL processes; strong Excel skills.
- Visualization: Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (evenings/overnights).
- Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Columbus, OH or Virginia are highly encouraged to apply.
