Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to support business strategy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices.
- Document data processes and provide training to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate (Relocation Assistance provided).
