Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Conduct rigorous testing including unit, integration, and load testing
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana dashboards
- Drive DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native architecture
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Strong background in CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation
- Experience mentoring technical teams and code review processes
- Proven ability to deliver projects in Agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and optimization
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
