Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and recommend strategic solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the critical night shift reporting cycles.
- Document data models and analysis methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
